Aquafer Foundation Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the community in times of hardship. We primarily focus on providing assistance to vulnerable kids, teens, orphanages, safe-houses, and other initiatives aimed at assisting individuals who have fallen on hard times. Our mission is to offer a helping hand and empower those in need to recover and improve their circumstances.

Orphanages and Safe-Houses
We have a strong focus on providing support to orphanages and safe-houses, creating a nurturing and secure environment for vulnerable children and teens within the community. Through our initiatives, we aim to ensure their well-being, education, and overall development.
Care Centres and Soup Kitchens
Aquafer is actively involved in supporting care centres and soup kitchens, that cater to the needs of individuals and families facing challenging circumstances. We believe in providing not only nourishment, but also a sense of hope and support to those struggling within the community. Distributions are made through Terugploeg facilities countrywide.
Home, Area & Animal Security
We care deeply about the well-being of the community, its animals and surrounding environment. Therefore we are continuously involved in supporting places of safety, orphanages, temporary housing initiatives, environmental projects and animal rescue centres.
Language & Culture
We are passionate about our language and culture. Youth camps, cultural activities and creating awareness about our cultural history forms part of our passion towards our inheritance. We proudly sponsor the ‘Boere Verhoog’ where musicians get weekly exposure, whilst entertaining the Boeremark’s attendees. Kragdag is another initiative that we support, where the public can display their innovative initiatives to the benefit of everyone.
Training & Education
Training and education is of the utmost importance. From pre-school to primary school, we support organizations who offer high standard education within a loving and caring environment, whilst forming our future leaders. Vulnerable adults in the community also have access to several training options to alleviate poverty and create jobs.
Land & Housing
We are eager to help organizations like Filadelfia Ark in Pretoria-West, where they have a self-sustaining farm that looks after approximately 600 people who are struggling in normal society. Aquafer takes immense pride in the fact that we have one of the best ratios for financial donations to reach the target situation, opposed to money used for operational costs.
